Dear Paz, Eva, Alex Jose, Ola! After watching the Champions League victory of FC Barcelona the celebrations that took place in your city, we could not help but remember our wonderful stay at the hostal. We noticed that the celebrations took place at Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Port Area, which was very near the hostal! I cannot imagine the delight and excitement of the fans and the Catalan citizens after the victory in Rome, and more importantly, winning the TREBLE - the first Spanish team to do so! I am really happy to have visited your city to have very beautiful memories as well. I hope to come back some day!

Exellent location, very clean but the most impressive was the hospitality of the personnel. We even spoke some greek with the recepionist!!! We´ve been given very useful information about where to go and what to do during our 4 days stay in Barcelona. We will stay again in Hostal Goya in August 2011.

Quel Plaisir!!! Au coeur de Barcelone, un îlot où l´on je repose bien aprés un voyage de decouvertes dans une ville enchanteusse, toujours nouvelle... I visited the hotel 4 times in the past and it is always a great pleasure being there. It´s a very clean place, staff is very helpful and it´s situated perfectly in the middle of Barcelona. I will always come back when I am in Barcelona - thanks for your great job!

Hostal Goya is the best value accommodation in Barcelona. We have stayed here twice...2007, 2009, and hoping to stay here again this year, 2010 in october. Very clean, simple, but quite convenient from everything...grocery store, plaza catalunya, ramblas, hop on hop off bus, and many eating places and shops nearby. staff are quite helpful with city directions as well as recommendations for good places to eat. Nos encantó pasar unos días en la Hostal Goya (en el mes de Febrero de 2009), ya que queda en pleno centro de la bellísima ciudad de Barcelona, pudiendo caminar tranquilos hacia la Rambla, la Plaza de Cataluña y tanto lugar precioso. Allí mismo nos encontramos con el Metro, que nos lleva a cualquier parte de esta gran ciudad. La habitación doble con baño que compartimos, siempre muy limpia, nos recibía gratamente, pudiendo descansar a gusto. Las personas que nos atendieron en recepción, muy agradables. I stayed at hostal Goya this year, in March, and still carry very fond memories. Our trip was a very kind gift from my then boyfriends parents. We had an amazing weekend, and i´d personally like to thank you for your friendliness and hospitality. A veces creo que naci alli.Que mi madre fue la increible LOLA y JOAN mi padre.Me veo sentado con DOÑA LUISA y los niños jugando al parchis y comiendo una natilla con y con azucar quemada mientras el curro gimenez se lanzaba al ataque de los malos en la tele blanco y negro.Dios ,que afortunado es uno a veces,y no lo nota.Alli mi vida trancurrio como en un cuento ,el nacimiento de sebas , mi hijo, fue el premio que me faltaba...tener un hijo catalan. Mi familia ,de barcelona siguen siendo uds.y cada dia los recuerdo , veo el canal de catalunya ,para saber de esa pequeña patria que me abrio los brazos.Sin embargo como se hace con el primer amor inolvidable.Vaya paradoja.la abandone. Volvere al HOSTAL GOYA es lo mejor que me ha pasado en mis viajes.Su calidez no se encuentra en ninguna parte del mundo. GERRADO TRAVAGLIA
